System wide or local installs

Use alternative PREFIX for locations other than /usr/local
Make sure you pass the same PREFIX on all make steps:
  $ make PLATFORM=linux PREFIX=$HOME/chickens/4.7.0
  $ make PLATFORM=linux PREFIX=$HOME/chickens/4.7.0 install
