Deploying your application

Deployment via chicken-install is nice but needs CHICKEN installed
csc's -deploy option will copy the runtime in a directory
chicken-install -deploy will copy all dependencies into that
Drop this directory to your target machines
May need additional tweaking on *BSDs
Creates a .app folder on Mac OS X
